About This Server: www-mpl.sri.com
"crvax.sri.com" has been the principal "mainframe" computer at SRI
International, and is also called "sri.com" and "www-mpl.sri.com".
The crvax hardware will
be transferred to SRI's Molecular Physics Laboratory (MPL),
part of SRI's Physical Sciences Division (PSD). The alias
"www-mpl.sri.com" will continue to point to the MPL/PSD web server.
Most public services are being transferred to "unix.sri.com" and
"www.sri.com". Eventually, the name "crvax.sri.com" will be retired,
and "unix.sri.com" will become "sri.com".
www-mpl.sri.com is currently using a VMS gopher server for both
gopher: and http: access requests. This means that the URLs
returned may appear somewhat obscure. Some browsers can experience
trouble. Please report any access problems to the e-mail address
below.
